It all starts with sleep

With over 30 years of experience in the sleep and neurology fields, I've seen firsthand how essential a good night's rest is to our relationships, work, and overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I've been a pioneer in the field. I served on the national sleep awareness roundtable with the CDC and NIH, acted as the national education chair for sleep, and even authored the first textbook and university curricula on the subject. I also owned and operated my own sleep disorder centers for 15 years. Under the supervision of LaTia Green, LPC-S, I specialize in behavioral sleep medicine, which includes gold-standard treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I also assist clients with medication tapers, helping them safely get off of addictive sleep medications. I help people overcome sleep challenges caused by internal and external factors and issues like anxiety, depression, or PTSD.
Sleep is a pillar of health, and when it's disrupted, it can leave you feeling irritable, anxious, and exhausted. I'm dedicated to helping you find a healthier way to get the restorative sleep you need so you can feel your best.
